The implementations of the requests get_current_power and get_energy_usage included in this PR are based on and ported from the following implementation: petretiandrea/plugp100, published under the GPL-3.0 license.

This PR tested with .NET 8 on Ubuntu 22.04, using with actual Tapo P110M device.
