Derivative Tests and Funtofem Complex Mode #1

Added derivative tests to caps2fun examples and automatically puts fun3d in real/complex mode. Namely, derivative tests implemented in examples/nacaWing/derivativeTest.py. New write statements were created in fileIO.py and read in to runF2F.py.
