Proposed Changes

1) Reads in mach, AOA, temperature from .cfg now 2) Rotatex in .csm files to make axes match fun3d. Now the AOA works correctly and inc or dec lift when changed. Also, the AOA is in correct direction so that now the laminar cases run fine with no negative cell volume errors.
