Need: Perform aerostructural optimization in FUNtoFEM with TACSBladeStiffenedShellConstitutive constitutive model and Quad4ThermalShell elements.

[ ] Add thermal subroutines into TACSBladeStiffenedShellConstitutive class.
[ ] Add unittest for the constitutive model for a Quad4ThermalShell aka a thermoelastic shell
