When I open sploit_installer_oot3dhax with oot3d cartridge inserted, the 3ds will stuck at where thr upper screen is black and thr bottom screen is yellow. I've tried the installer on 11.0.0.33J and 11.0.0.33U, they all have the same issue everytime I run the installer.
I'm using the installer from the starter kit here, I downloaded again before I run homebrew so I suppose it is on the latest build.
