Is the DNS server still up? #2

I have an old 3DS with 9.7 on it, and was trying to use TubeHax on it (network was disabled the entire time so it didn't update the app), but I can't seem to get it to work. Is the TubeHax DNS server still up? I was trying to compile it myself but couldn't figure out how. Thanks!

YouTube won't work at all without the update.
