update 27 july 2019 :D +fixes #127

Updated all sigs, structs and indexes to 27 July 2019. Almost everything works, unlike my previous update in 2018. Fixed 2 crashes that occur when not checking for nullptr in certain situations. IsDormant check still works, unlike what previously thought, so added that back too as it's very useful for ESP.

Edit: updated readme.md to add compilation instructions.

TODO: Add new guns and knives to the cheat to skin them, and fix anything left remaining that doesn't work. (Probably will do this today or tomorrow :D)
