Ability to delete .nc files when they are no longer wanted.

if you are doing this with a local install you can just delete these yourselves,

go to /wamp/ww/nutcracker/effects/workspace/nn

where nn is your member id. You can find this by looking at the url of any of your animated gifs

in the future we will add sunch a form
