Problem exporting gif files to LMS #52

I'm trying to create an animated gif file. Nutcracker processes the data and creates the image. However when I click on download target i get this error:

Warning: fopen(../effects/workspaces/109/2012_MEGATREE~USA-1.nc) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /users/meighan.net/htdocs/nutcracker/effects/make_lor.php on line 213

Unable to open ../effects/workspaces/109/2012_MEGATREE~USA-1.nc

I have tried with several different gif files and get the same errors.
