Single Strand Output Failure #54

Using my Target model 'ARCHES13' and my effect 'SS_ARCH_RED_GREEN_01' Clicking submit form gives me the expected table. But under the second 'Submit Form to create your effects' button I see the error message 'sh: gnuplot: command not found' If I click on the LSP link and produce an output file the file has no effects in it.

The issue is probably caused by gnuplot.exe not being in your path. Have you ensured that gnuplot.exe is in your PATH environment variable in MS Windows?
