readme: add Pelias & GeocodeEarth providers #301

I forgot to add Pelias and Geocode Earth providers to the README.

This PR specifically updates the readme, it took me a while to wrangle the markdown voodoo but I think I figured it out, including support for spaces! 🧙

depends on https://github.com/smeijer/leaflet-geosearch/pull/296 please merge that first.

Looks like the docs need a regen, no stress, just noticed the links don't work yet.

yeah, I need to automate the release cycle for this project a bit further.
