Here.com autosuggest API is missing required parameter #351

Here.com provider code needs to be updated: Apparently Here.com is now requiring a new or previously optional parameter. The request: https://geocode.search.hereapi.com/v1/autosuggest?apiKey=ScuMyCZob8MZcZeEpNDHoKsi2XTOuRCKTi2vqj9hodA&q=Ch is returning 400 status with the message: "Required parameter missing. One of mutual exclusive parameters 'at', 'in=bbox', 'in=circle', 'in=ring' should be present"
