drydock.php when viewed displays the error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in drydock.php on line 15

with no other content on the page

What version of the source are you using?  I can't reproduce this in either 
0.3.1 or trunk.

Had the same Problem, fixed it by using Smarty 2.6.26 instead of 3.1.4.
(But I can't login anyways, what the fuck.)
