Group database stuff together in steps, display progress during last setup
(with ajax)

You know, I think I did something like what you're wanting to achieve with the
upgrade script, so you could check that out I suppose.

If you want to merge your ajax magics into the normal installer, go ahead.  That
would be pretty cool.

Do we still want to try to get this done for 031 or should we move it back to 
032 and
combine the two scripts into one (so if there is already an install we run the
upgrade part)
