code.kchan is way out of date #45

I made some changes and basically cleaned up that whole subdomain.  Also I got 
SVN
stats working (I have a .bat to generate/upload them now) and I linked to those 
from
the site.  The new front page bullet points are what're listed on here now.

We're definitely going to need to update the changelog a bunch though.

ffs either let kchan expire or update the code and everything about the site, 
including a full wipe of all posts because there are literally years of patched 
data posts there.

idc if anyone else will ever use the software at this point, but I'd like to 
reopen the site for posting, even if it is just that guy posting the same furry 
thread every day
