Resync all templates #78

Modify other templates so they're functional with all current SVN features.

I've kind of been letting them go (with the exception of drydock-image) so
I'm not sure the others even are functional right now.

Maybe we should drop drydock-traditional until 032, because it's kind of the 
up.php
template already, and I'm not happy with how it looks

Fixing anonbbs should be a priority though.  Ordog to the rescue.

This will need to be done again after the changes made to drydock-image to 
support reCAPTCHA.
