More options for anti-spam #99

What is the nature of the feature you would like to see added?
More anti-spam measures and options.

If it is a change to a current function, how should it be changed and why?
Current anti-spam mode should be expanded to include other anti-spam 
techniques, and ideally we should do like what we did for the dbis and support 
them in the same way

Why should it be added?
Because butts.

I decided this was dumb.  I already added reCAPTCHA.  What else would anyone 
need?
