inverted cell quality on the first parallel surface smooth.

  1. case
  2. audmented fixedGradientBoundary BC to avoid deltaCoeffs() call (temporary work0around)

This is partially fixed by commit: c90b5194c72e784299a4a58c3393c7d6dfe91a33
