Hi there- This is incredible work! I would love to create a custom web experience using this method. I'm wondering how I can convert a video I've created of an environment into the correct format to work with this model?

I recommend trying out splatfacto for your use case. This codebase is meant as a research proof-of-concept. Additional features will not be added and user support is out of scope.
