How do you specify a specific TestLink build for the results #13

TestLink logs results to a specific build yet the TestLinkFixture attribute 
does not document a field for the build. How do you specify the specific build 
for the results?

Currently it does not supply a build id and testlink automatically assigns the 
result to the highest build.
If you need to specify a build then the testlink adaptor and the resultexporter 
need to be modified.
