Update the storage.sol data of the project based on the external query
Update carbon forward tokens (from the ERC20 CarbonForwardToken.sol) amount with the data queried from Fix6's carbon baseline data at T=0
Update the carbon forward token amount (from the ERC20 CarbonForwardToken.sol) with FIx6's carbon additionality estimates on a quarterly basis
Store the result of the Get method for amount of carbon sequestered and the baseline data and the carbon additionality estimates in storage.sol on a quaterly basis
Check if the state of the carbon tonnes removed differs from each period (T=90 days after vs. T=0)
