[EPIC] Data Service

Feature Description We want to integrate a data service that provides input to a set of carbon forward smart contracts, enabling the issuance of carbon forwards. Buyers can also assess the quality of the carbon forward portfolio through monitoring of the sequestration estimates and biodiversity measures in a given region through remote sensing data.

This is the epic issue. Separate issues will be created for each requirement / user story.

The list of requirements

Integration with core smart contracts

• Data service enable the minting function of the carbon forward token ONLY after verifying the state of the transcript is valid. i) If the transcript is not complete, then return an error ii) If the transcript is complete/valid, then mint function is enabled. See Issue #55

• Data service action to smart contract

• [ ] If carbon sequestration additionality is less than original estimate, then carbon forward is adjusted for the reduced issuance amount

• [ ] If the amount is the same, no change takes place
