i. Buyer agrees to purchase amount (set the % of purchase), time to delivery, and price for the carbon credits.
ii. Buyer recived a certificate that they are entitled to % of carbon credits purchased
iii. At the end of the delivery period, (purchase percentage) * (# of spot carbon credits generated) are issued and send to the buyers
