[Epic] 7. Exchange of forward token to spot carbon forward tokens #42

Description After forward tokens are issued, the forward tokens are traded for the non-forward carbon tokens (this can be generated by third party provider). This enable the retirement of forward token

Requirement

  1. Actual forwards are burn when traded with the issued carbon tokens
  2. The issuance of the carbon credits = number of forward based on the latest estimation of the forward
  3. The forward are burned in exchange for the actual carbon credits
