Blazorise extension? #16

Hi @smfields, I liked what you did with the LottieAnimation for Blazorise, and so I wanted to see the guy behind. That's how I found out about this BlazorSplit component. BlazorSplit looks really good.

So I wanted to ask if you would be willing to make it part of Blazorise extensions. I think it would a great addon :)

@stsrki Yea I'd definitely be willing to do that. I'll open up an issue on the Blazorise repo since I've got a couple questions about the implementation, and we can start the discussion there.
