Are there any sites out there that can be scraped to automatically keep the .cf file updated? I could write my own updater but it would be beneficial to the community to have a built in way update or do a git pull once a week from this repo.

This looks more like a pastebin (with a shortened URL at jpst.it) than a generic shortener for URLs?
