GdsGenotypeReader for >22 autosomal chromosomes #10

Hi,

My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this - but I am trying to use the GdsGenotypeReader to read in SNP data for PC-AiR/Relate; and I have 28 autosomal chromosomes - but the function GdsGenotypeReader automatically assigns autosomes to only 1:22.

Is there a way to adjust this function so it accepts 1:28 for example as autosomal chromosomes?
