Vcf check feature

Hi Stephanie, I have edited vcfCheck to

• allow snp and sample exclude lists
• give more informative messages when vcf data differs from genoData (extra samps or snps, diff samp order)
• give more informative error message when a discrepancy is found

I expanded the unit tests accordingly and incremented the package version number to 1.25.2.

If all looks good, please merge this feature branch into your master.
