What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i am use also ActionScript3.0 and flash build 4.6 and use Flex 4.5.1 Sdk But 
This Not Perform,I also Attech ScreenShot Tell Me How to Handle this 
Problem.Any Suggestion

same here, traces show success on loading map and add marker, but visual still 
blank
