Upgrade embedded Zlib to version 1.2.11

Upgraded zlib to version 1.2.11 (current stable version).
Removed minizip files from src folder. Module now is built with zlib/contrib/minizip sources avoiding versions mismatching issues.
py_miniunz.c reviewed after zlib upgrade

The module has been built and tested on Linux Mint 19 and Windows 7 x64 (with VS 2008)
