During testing of customer exclusion by tags, it was noticed that features such as points at checkout don't get hidden for excluded customers (despite launcher etc. not being shown to those same customers). This PR tweaks our code samples to ensure that nothing gets rendered for customers that have been excluded from the merchant's reward program.
