compile fails with kernel 2.6.35.4 #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. $ svn update

估计2.6.35内核上是不支持的

I got same exception when I used old source code.
I have successfully compiled on Ubuntu 10.10 Kernel 2.6.35 with SVN revision 
106 now.
