QR Code scanner is Added

Description

I added a QRScanner. It has 2 buttons User can upload a qr or user can take directly from camera.

Steps to test

Setup in the project
Open app in android studio or in mobile
click on QR scanner
now upload Qr code or capture the qr. You will find the data. If it is a link you will find Redirect button
