[ADD] A QR Code Scanner Fixed #45

QR Code scanner is Added

Description

I added a QRScanner. It has 2 buttons User can upload a qr or user can take directly from camera.

Issue

Issue Link resolve #10

Steps to test

Setup in the project
Open app in android studio or in mobile
click on QR scanner
now upload Qr code or capture the qr. You will find the data. If it is a link you will find Redirect button

@smilewithkhushi I had created New Pr by clearing the conflits. Can you please merge this, then I will create QR generator Pr. Why beacuse Merging one pr will result in another pr conflits. I hope you understanf. Please merge my PR. @smilewithkhushi can you please merge this.
