[ADD] a QR Code Generator added

Description

An input field where the user can add the URL.
A valid URL checker implemented,
A button which generates the QR code on click.
The preview of the QR code via a modal or another screen.
Easy to navigate UI which matches the minimal theme of the application
Additional feature is also added. share qr.

@smilewithkhushi can you please change the labels of all prs from Level 2 to level2 because of wrong label the score is not counting. I hope you understand. Thank you
