Updation of README.md #55

This PR is with respect to the issue of [IMPROVEMENT] README.md. Through this PR I have tried to make changes to the README file:

  1. Addition of screenshots of the screens that have been developed by various collaborators.
  2. Correction with regards to how the app should be started
  3. A major section called 'Fixing' has been added in order to attend the grievances of various collaborators regarding common issue prevailing while the app is being developed.

It might be possible that at the moment the images of the screenshots cannot be seen but once merged, then will be able to see.
