Is there a save option for the message itself as a *.eml file #173

Is there a save option for the message itself as a *.eml file ? I have hunted through the docs but cant find how to save the email as an eml file so I can have the hard-copy of it for use in other systems. I can only see how to save attachments not the email itself.
