Train follow waypoints

Checklist:

[x] Keep track of which waypoint the train is on
[x] Move the train in a straight line towards the next waypoint until it is reached, then move on to the next waypoint
[x] Orient the train so it is facing towards where it's going
[ ] Deal with all the other carriages (good luck!)
