FGS not working since last night

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Extension thumbnail in Chrome bar is greyed out with red x. When I click on it 
it asks me to log in to Facebook, but logging in to Facebook does not solve the 
problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the extension; when I opened it for the 
first time it seemed to mimic a fresh install of FGS (asking me to activate 
games); when I click on a game checkbox the entire window closes and the 
thumbnail is back to grey/red x.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest release (xxx.65), Chrome 17, MacOS, Snow Leopard

They have pulled the plug on it, apparently someone whined to Facebook about 
it, and Facebook was like hey it's a third party program (unsafe, unsafe) and 
now it doesn't work.  Apparently the owner of FGS got threatened to be sued.  
Come on Facebook, it's not like a hacking program....

Unless that's new news (as in the last 24 hours), that's the situation as it's 
existed for at least a month. And FGS has worked right along the whole time. 
This new malfunction was unannounced, unlike the Facebook conflict that was 
well documented and we had a warning period. That's what makes me wonder if 
it's a glitch, not Facebook.
