[feature request] Customizable buffer size. #84

Hi, plugin works just great! Thanks for that :) but on slower internet 
connection I can't just leave it better quality stream, wait until it buffer 
like half of the movie and play it because buffering stops after some (unknown) 
value which sometimes is to small. With higher bandwidth it shouldn't be a 
problem but with slow one buffering doesn't keep up. I don't know if it uses 
RAM or HDD (it doesn't matter) but it would be nice if I could increase it to 
like 100-200MB.

feature should be implemented in XBMC itself and not in the plugin.
