Unable to delete phrase by right clicking delete

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select a phrase
2.Right Click Phrase
3.Select Delete

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Deleted file
File still showing
workaround - going into phrases folder and deleting file instead. 
I've chmod 777 the phrases directory and the application still fails to delete.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.10 x64
Autokey-GTK 0.90.1

This is fixed in the current latest version 0.90.4. I have filed a bug with 
upstream Debian, hopefully they will package the newer version.
