Would it be possible to un-link (for lack of a better word) the link in the TOC box when you are in that particular page? For example, if I am filtering apps by Topics, the "View All Apps by Topic" link should not be a link. It can potentially confuse users. They may think that the link is broken since nothing happens when you click on it.
