For apps that declare their device type to be tablet, I've added "[Tablet]" beside the OS listing. There are currently only iOS apps that do this, but it could conceivably occur for any OS, so we should discuss how we'll handle this.

It can say "iPad" instead of "iOS [Tablet]", but we should avoid replacing "Android [Tablet]" with "iPad".

Also, a number of apps have iOS listed twice but do not claim to be tablet apps. These appear to simply be duplicated.
