Fix vocalizer issues with "VScript Survivor Manager" again #69

If has duplicate character in game, "Look" vocalizer will not get the correct target. fix_vocalizer_with_VSM.zip

Thanks man. "Look" vocalizer has some other issues, i noticed that sometimes it is triggered automatically while you are staring at the bots so i would like to change the way it is used. I wish there was a flag or something to tell if the vocalizer line was triggered manually via "vocalize" command or not.

Oh, I checked the params of Concept and found that when using the vocalizer "look" manually, the value of "smartlooktype" is set to "manual".
