Describe the bug
The bots are generally oblivious to pipe_bomb_projectiles and will sometimes just stand on top of one until it explodes. The bots should "dodge" pipe_bomb_projectiles in a way similar to dodging the charger, spitter acid, fire, and tank rocks.
To Reproduce
It is not possible to always reproduce, but over time you will notice that the bots do not pay any attention to pipe_bomb_projectiles.
Expected behavior
Bots should keep moving away from pipe_bomb_projectiles until they are out of the blast radius.
