Add the scripts/vscripts/left4bots2/automation/coop/l4b_[map name].nut scripts for the Death Toll official campaign.

In particular please, the bots are unable to start the gauntlet event at the forklift in c10m4_mainstreet, and are unable to start the finale in c10m5_houseboat.
