Add a "Description" field to each rule #17

MINOR:

Add a TextareaField to each Schema's rule to allow users to better explain (perhaps to fellow authors) what part of the content on the remote site, is going to be "sucked in" using this rule.

It might make sense to add such a field to the schema object, too.
