Add an "Add Rule" button to Schema admin UI #18

MINOR:

Currently if I'm creating a Schema comprising N rules, I have to go back to the main tab and click the "Add Rule" button.

The addition of an "Add Rule" or a slightly smarter "Add another rule?" button, inside the rule creation UI would be very helpful.

There's a gridfield plug-in module called betterbuttons (from unclecheese IIRC) that does this at a generic level; I'd suggest that we add this rather than hard-coding it

Yeah, it was used with a few projects I recall since adding this issue. Closing for now.
