Add a LiteralField explanation to SchemaAdmin #19

MINOR:

For newbies the concept of a schema as a rule-container is somewhat abstract, so som basic intro text either above the gridfield or inside the Schema admin itself, explaining what exactly a schema is, might be useful here.
