Reload PJAX headers in CMS when "Create" button is clicked #21

MEDIUM:

When selecting the "Create" button in the CMS' central pane in the external-content admin, the CMS should reload so users don't need to remember to reload the page manually as happens at present.

This has now been patched in the external-content module.
